went for the ICCU gathering yest..must say it's reassuring to get to know this christian community before actually stepping into uni, a whole new environment, not mentioning country? seniors were nice and friendly..and just kept thanking God for his wonderful plans and how he has prepared all this for me..also got to meet hayley, long time mg pri fren..heh..and jiayi the other fresher..(: and everytime they asked me and diane 'so u knew each other before this?' and we'll look at each other and go 'yea been in e same school since...like forever haha' jus makes u feel warm and happy inside (: hmm wells..always felt that being in a christian community or christian fellowship in e U is v v impt..esp cos i'll be in another country..this support group would play an even more impt role..hope that i'll be able to make really good frens in the CU, and also to strengthen my relationship with God.
another thing, diane and e rest settled our accom for e first 3 days..heh..as a result we've somewhere to stay for absolutely free! all we have to do is bring our sleeping bags. heh.. (: and two of them happen to be from e CU too..that's nice :) yay..
