joined zan mei hui
joined church choir yest---think it's something i've been wanting to do since like 9? hehz...but yep..finally made the decision to participate in zan mei hui...and i noe deep in me that God's time is meant for God, no point taking it and trying to study...cos i noe a few hours off sunday wont count..not as if i'll become some ace jus cos of those extra hours rite? yep...i also needa work under stress la...cant work if i'm too free..haha..sounds weird..yeah..but when i'm too free..jus slack, very very inefficient man..so mayb gotta haf some stuff in ur life to keep you busy and really get you going.
joined very excitedly, but after the practice, i mus say that i felt quite out of place, like almost weird..heartening to see everyone so enthu, yes. but somehow, jus feel that they're enthu in the wrong way or wrong direction? haha...oso dunno how to describe, but guess its jus totally differetn from what i'd been expecting..i noe it's wrong of me to haf such high expectations, because i've come to learn that God does not look at the quality, but the heart of service..wat's the point if it's like some professional choir, but everyone's jus there for teh sake of singing? nope..everyone's there for the LOVE of singing and SERVING. yep. we jus call it different from a school choir.
well our guest conductor was none other than gtc..ha...well he reminded me of ms l and our own choir, the times we had in germany and all..haiz...when he was sharing with the choir bout some fantastic and creative choirs he heard at the competition, i couldnt help but be reminded of all the days we had spent there..haiz...feeling sad again....missing choir loads. and loads.
life's so sian now...jus studying...and the prob is i'm not even doing effective studying...haiz oso dunno la..my only consolation is i take dobule math? hehe :p not exactly mugging subjects hehz ...well..looking forward to the end of the year....we can go caroling again! :) :)
haa so many things to do at the end of the year!!family hol, alpha camp, caroling, christmas, prom, and jus having fun!!! :) :) heh. see la, havent even fully tasted the bitter and i'm dreaming bout the sweet le. haiz.
hmmm oh well. woke up early today, hope it'll be a productive day ahead.
